Hating the Future: Chapter 1
I sit cross-legged staring at my best friend Dominique. My brown eyes lock on her blue eyes, I smirk. "You'll never win. I always win."
She suddenly claps, but I don't break my gaze. "Nice try, Dom." She hisses, her eyes starting to water. Her younger brother Louis comes into the room.
"Seriously, a staring contest? What is it for this time?" He chuckles.
"The last oreo."
He walks over, and crouches down to pick up our oreo. We both smacked his hand, but still we didn't blink,
"That's not going to work, Lou. Now, go away." Dom says, leaning close to me. I pop my lips and she blinks.
"Damn it!" She groans as I eat my cookie. "Not fair"
"
